I'm going to say Pseudolithoxus anthrax, L235. Hard to yell from the angle of the pic but vampires tend to have long snouts or noses, they also have a humped head. The common vampire is more brownish with more irregular spirits. There are varieties that are black with more regular spotting but they are a bit less common and command a higher price. The pectoral also seem a bit long for a vampire.
