Zebra danios and ornate tetras

I currently have a 20 gallon long planted tank with 5 zebra danios and 6 ornate tetras. These are the only fish currently in the tank. The tetras have been in the tank 3 days now..The zebras of course are spastic and chase eachother and chase the tetras a little, the tetras are now chasing eachother a bit but not that bad. I noticed one tetra has a small rip in his dorsal fin so I am thinking things are getting a little rough. I thought enlarging one or both schools may help Would it help to add more zebras, or add more tetras?

I'd say you should add three or so zebra danios. More danios would probably distribute the chasing from the boss danio, if there is one, so that'll help. I do suggest you get more tetras, too. A ripped fin or two isn't something to be too worried about, just keep the water clean for them. I don't know how big an ornate tetra gets, but assuming they're neon-size you can probably keep eight of each fish, at least. Is the tank planted? How much?

Thank you for your help...

The tetras are larger, they are like rosy tetras. I was planning on getting a few more and also more danios but I wanted to see which ones might be more helpful. I do think the danios are the ones starting the trouble and maybe if I out a couple more of them in they would keep eachother occupied.

The tank has driftwood, java fern, anacharis, cyperus helferi...there are plenty of hiding spaces and open swimming space.
