Black Molly disease

I've had this black molly for maybe 3-4 months now and it seems like every two to three weeks, it comes down with some sort of ich looking disease.

The black molly will be jet black and healthy for 2-3 weeks and then all of a sudden white spots will appear around its mouth and eyes and its eyes will cloud over.

The first time it happened I used pimafix and melafix and raised the temp thinking it was ich and it went away. Second time I just left it and I thought it would just die and instead it just went away by itself. None of the other tank inhabitants were harmed either.

Third time was the same.

This is the fourth time and frankly I dont know what's causing it. Water parameters are fine and my tetras and other fish are fine too. What could be causing this disease cycle???
