Question Neochela dadyburjori - Does anyone know anything about this fish?

I've been looking for small, blue schooling fish, and I found one in particular from a user named harpua2002 who seems to be pretty popular in other fish forums (not sure if she's here too). Unfortunately, I can't find ANYTHING about this fish at all. Is this even the right name? What does it need to thrive? Is it compatible with other fish? .. I'd just love to figure out more about this beautiful creature

Here's the picture from harpua herself, I hope it's okay to use it, but I really can't find pictures of these things, let alone info.

idk about the fish, but Cochu blue tetra (Boehlkea fredcochui) is another option if you can't get that fish.
