Poorly/injured white cloud

I have a large group of white cloud i recently aquired. I have noticed one with a missing tail and one with a missing dorsal fin. I assume this probably to be due to over crowding or some sort of disease.

They both seem healthy enough.
Should i be worried about it? Qt and treat them?

If there is no sign of infection then just clean water should be enough. If they become worse or show no sign of improvement then I would separate and treat with an antibiotic to be safe.
