That's the only thing some if mine will eat. Some go nuts for beans and algae wafers. My long fins only want cholla wood. I don't get but whatever. Tastes like crap to me. Lol

I've got some BNP's in a few tanks and they LOVE the Cholla, if it's big enough they will chill inside and come out. I've seen no adverse effects and they are all happy campers

You must have some picky picky BNP...mine will attack anything...Wafers, shrimp food (actually any kind of shrimp food), veggies, they are awesome.....

My fav is to feed them a zuch that's been blanched....in my big tank I have 6 or 7 and they all come over and happily eat and play and chase each other..I love these fish

+ they are very shrimp friendly

Mine love it and have even raised their fry inside of it.

I'm not new to fish or plants, but am new to planted tanks. It is fun to learn new things and plantedtank.net is a great place to do it.

On a side note, I decided to throw two chunks of zuch raw into the tank last night and while they are eating it, they are eating it at nowhere near the rate that they usually eat the blanched.
