How much to feed my 35 fish?

I've set up a 125 gallon aquarium for our Sciences office. It's been running well for a little while. I'm not sure how much to feed these guys. We've got:

6 Bosmoni rainbows
7 black widow tetras
1 dwarf groumi (sp)
14 x-ray tetras
5 Sterba's cory
2 oto catfish

35 fish total

I've been feeding flake food, a couple of pinches in the morning, plus about 3 shrimp pellets for the catfish. They get frozen bloodworms in one cube once a week. They are not fed on the weekends, no one is in the office.

Is there some amount I could measure out (with a measuring spoon?) for this population and be assured they weren't being over or under fed?

Here's the tank:

There is no real concrete answer for this. Feed what they can eat up fairly quickly, so there isnt any uneaten food left after a couple minutes. And feed often enough so the fish look healthy...good color, good energy, and nice full rounded bellies.

To me, what you're doing sounds about right. But ultimately the conditions of your fish and tank will be the real judge.
