I think a bolivian ram would be okay in that set up, only thing I would be worried about is the shrimp. But it will probably be okay since amano's get to a pretty big size for shrimp. Depending on the size of your tank , Bolivians and cories also live happily together, just make sure that he can have some wiggle room.
My Bolivian has been fine with Amanos, Bamboo/Wood/fan feeder shrimp and Cherries although I can't guarantee he didn't snack on any cherries.
He currently lives with some rainbows, some CPDs and dwarf cories and he doesn't bother anyone, unless they try to hang out in his corner then all he does is gently shoo them away.
I have one bolivian ram (might be more soon) with 5 amanos and it doesn't bother the amanos at all. During bottom feeder food time, it can get a little bit aggressive, nipping at the corys and otos to get away, but they only go like 3 inches away and then come right back, so it's not like they are scared.
Other then the shrimp, but i dont keep shrimp so i dont know, you'll be fine. Bolivians are a bit more laid back then GBR's from my experience. They'll mostly stay near the bottom with the corys, and the rest will stay above. You should be good
