I do agree with everyone on the tank could use some more supports. This could be done fairly easily by stacking cinder blocks as temporary supports for the tank until you can get a sturdier stand. Or you can look in the DIY part of the Forum for tips on how to do a 2x4 stand or anything else.
Now for why i'm here, your question...
I say stock it with a pair of larger show fish, possibly more. I think that Angelfish would look nice or mabey a school of Rainbows, however the tank looks a bit short for rainbows.
For your schooling fish i say just increase the numbers on what you have, possibly to 10 or 15 each
Then for your bottom fish i would say remove the Rafeal cat and get more cory's, the Rafeal's can get sort of big and i believe they like company, as in more, but i'm not sure about that. I think the loaches are fine
Overall i like the tank, just get more supports! don't want to see your house completely flooded by a 90! i've had a 10 crack and leak and that was a mess, i can't imagine a 90!
