The best thing with acclimating otos is to put them in at night with a peeled cucumber on the bottom for them to chew on. Some of them are in terrible condition when they come in.
Brain, thanks for mentioning how many times you've done the "dead fish" exchange. I always wondered if there was a limit. Even though PS is 10 minutes drive, I don't want want to go there every couple days to exchange dead fish from being malnourished/diseased from shipping.
Perfect timing to stumble upon this thread since today is the last day of the sale.
They get their new fish shipment tomorrow @ 9am-10am & unbox around 12pm after their lunch break.
