Stocking question for a 20 gallon high

Hello All. I started my first planted tank about 2.5 months ago and it's doing well. I really appreciate all the knowledge I've learned on this website.

I would like to add 3 Otos to my tank to complete my algae-eating crew.
Would they be too much for my set-up below?

20 gallon tank
Aquaclear 30 HOB running at 150 gal per hour
Pressurized CO2
Moderately dense planting
8 neon tetras
2 guppies
6 Taiwan fire red shrimp
3 medium zebra nerite snails
3 small horned nerite snails

If I don't have room for the Otos as it stands, I may consider removing 2 of the 8 tetras to help reduce the bioload but am afraid doing so will result in reducing the school size and stress the tetras remaining.

Thanks for your input.

You're fine bioload-wise. Those fish and inverts are so small that they hardly have a bioload. You could get 2 more neons and 4 otos and you'd still be fine. Just keep up on the water changes and feed sparingly.
