Can I get a pleco for my 20 Long?

My tank is a bit empty, and I kind of want to make it the ultimate catfish tank by adding a pleco. Here are some specs:

- pH ~6.0 (aquasoil amazonia)
- High tech--CO2, light, ferts
- yes, driftwood
- current inhabitants: otos x4, honeycomb cats x3
- future inhabitants: +2 otos, C. habrosus x8-10

I was thinking a clown pleco, since I know they stay small. Do you think I could do it?

How can you not? They're the best fish. On a practical level, I want to keep them only because they handle their CO2 better.

oh lol I just collecting them they're such a diverse group of fish with interesting behavior. I've got 7 microsynodontis sp. (1), 6 brachyrhamdia imitator, 6 C. melanistus, 3 Otocinclus sp. right now. Used to have a few ancistrus but I got rid of them when I down graded.

Peckltia, Hypancistrus, and Ancistrus pl#co's are your best bets.

I do not agree here. It would be better to know what exact kind of pleco you have, have it identified, some reach 50cm, not a fit in a 20G tank in this case.

Yeah I was asking if I could get one. I've decided to get cool otos instead because I hear plecos poop a lot, destroy driftwood, and eat plants.

The carnivorous plecs don't tend to do that but otos are cool to, if a bit harder to keep.
