20G Centerpiece Fish Needed

I'm looking for a interesting fish that could be the centerpiece of my tank.

Fauna:
10 Neon Tetras
10 Green Neon Tetras
5 Red Cherry Shrimp
1 African Dwarf Frog
-and-
1 Bumblebee Goby, but I think I am going to take him back once I figure out which fish I want to replace him with.

Flora:
Glossostigma
Cardinal Plant
Myriophil

Here's a video of the tank: 20G FLY AWAY
And here are some pics of the tank:

I was suggested a German Blue Ram or Electric Blue Ram by a friend. I'm a little worried they might eat the Cherry Red Shrimp. Also, can they be kept alone?

They will eat the babies enthusiastically like a lot of the other fish in that tank. Thats why people have a designated shrimp tank for cherries so they can breed and live comfortably. Would you consider amano shrimp for algae eaters? They get nice and big. Ans yes, rams do fine alone.

Any thoughts on a Dwarf Indian Puffer? I talked to my LFS and they said it wouldn't cause a problem with the tetras. Should I be worried about any of the fish? Shrimp and frog included? I love the little Dwarf Puffer.
