I use it and my fish love it! Don't know what breakdown is but as long as my fish keep wolfing it down, growing and doing well, it doesn't matter to me. I probably have ever size of it and use it regularly.

I've heard Betaine is an attractant, might be why the fish go nuts for it. Other than that, it looks like pretty standard fish food stats and ingredients, not much raz-mataz. Pretty rich stuff so you could feed your fish sparingly.

I'm not sure about the rules here as far as posting a link to another website, but if you google that term you'll find the seller and where to get it. I agree it's a very rich food, and I only feed it a couple of times a week for that reason.

The ingredients don't seem to be all that great to me. "spray dried animal blood cells"?

My fish love it, discus, corys tetras and rams. Also in powder form my shrimp love it it seems. I mix that Bee pollen and earthworm powder, and feed it once a week.

My bristle nosed plecs love his algae waffers more than any others as well
