I am breaking down the 100g tank I have and replacing it with a 125g.
Lights are ordered, everything is pretty much the same as the 100g..substrate, filtration, CO2 etc.
So while I'm not ready for fish...I'm looking for ideas...
I tend to stick with just a few kinds of fish...for example...I'd rather have 60 rummynose tetra's than 15 rummynose, 20 rasbora's, and 15 cardinal tetra's.
The tank will be open topped so I really can't do Hatchets (though I've always wanted 25 marble hatchets)
or other surface fish, though that could change since I do have tops.
My first thought was 50-60 rummynose/cardinals etc and maybe a few appistogramma's or rams...
I really don't want to "break" the bank either...but the last time I said that...I bought 8 Denison Barbs...wow they were great fish.
Either way I want to hear what youse think.
