Are Tiger Barbs too aggressive to keep with Neon Tetras and Corydoras Habrosus?
The title is fairly self-explanatory, I suppose. I've got a moderately planted 10 gallon tank with five Neon Tetras and five Corydoras Habrosus in it. (I had one male Betta, but he was eating the Neons!) I'd like to get a few Tiger Barbs to round out the tank, but I'm getting conflicting information about how aggressive they are. Will they harass the fish I already have? I have a source for very small Tiger Barbs (under 3/4 inch), so it's not like I'm throwing them in there as large adults. Is this a recipe for trouble? Should I get some Harlequin Rasporas instead? They're my next choice.
