Hi guys
I have read loads of stories in here of people who bought plants then have a sudden rush of snails taking over their tanks.
Let me introduce you to the best snail killer i have found so far.
I prefer assassin snails. I had a 75 gallon so infested with MTS snails that the substrate looked like it was alive when they all started moving. I put 6 assassin snails in and within 6 months there wasn't a MTS snail to be found. Just another option if loaches aren't your thing.
My clown loaches make quick and I mean quick work of any snails that may hitchhike on a new plant. I have not seen a single snail in my 60 gallon tank and I get new plants often. My 20L on the other hand that has zero clown loaches has tons of snails.
