New female Molly male charging at her

hi guys my husband brought home a new female Molly and my male Molly keeps putting his top fin straight up and chasing her and charging at her sides is this normal ? is there anything that I can do.

Is what male mollies do.
One male to four or five females space permitting,would spread out the attention's of the male.

I hope u like babies your going to have alot. I use to feed my fry to my betta but now that he is gone I might do a RAOK to get rid of them all. Never again will I have mollies.

Only a couple tanks.

I would have kept just males or females. Females are more docile, but you need to know they are not pre impregnated.
It is the king of the live bearers when it comes to offspring.
