Floors are bare concrete so I really don't need to worry about making a mess But I'm messy and don't mind concrete so that might be a personal choice.

So I'm trying to figure out how I'll run the filtration. This is what I'm thinking: The 100g has a build in overflow which I will have plumbed to dump into the 40g cube under the desk the 55g is on. The 40g will have a DIY HOB overflow again leading to the 40g sump and the 60L is drilled for an overflow which will also lead to the sump. The sump is drilled with an overflow as well which I guess will be plumbed to the inline pump which will go to the canister and then return to the tank.

Question: Does the above make sense? And secondly, does it matter if I go sump > pump > canister versus sump > canister > pump ?
