Do you have the one with the nub?

I believe I'd be keeping my water level about 1/4" -1/2" below the top. I'm looking at using the clip-n that comes without the nub... would you think this would still cause a siphon effect?

bitFULL, this is my first tank to have any type of lilys and to use a canister type instead of hob or bio-wheel filtration. I'm super excited about the clean look!
