That is too cool! I've got all the parts to build one of these myself, without the cool polycarbonate though.
I'm holding off because I don't want to cloud my one algae battle results from a new/untested type of reactor. So I'm glad to see you are doing it!
Though you did not mention it in your thread, it looks like your aim is to introduce those "Barr microbubbles" of CO2 into your tank? If so, would you mind taking a look at some of the discussion toward the end of
this thread, related to gathering convincing evidence that one things does, or does not, work?
