Question about in-line CO2 reactors?

Hey all, I just had a quick question about in-line CO2 reactors like the Cerges DIY.

I'm wondering where you would place the outflow from your filter (depth-wise in the tank). Do you need to place the outflow down near the substrate in your tank so that the CO2 bubbles still have a long distance to travel before hitting the water's surface? Or will the water be saturated enough with CO2 because of the reactor that you can keep the outflow near the surface of the water and still get a decent amount of CO2 dispersion throughout the tank?

Please let me know! Thanks

When the reactor is sized correctly, there should be no bubbles in the tank as it is that good. With no bubbles and good circulation in the tank, where it is added is not a problem. I'm sure there is some lost out the surface but nothing that is noticed.
