powerhead vs large air-stone

I am going to DIY yeast CO2, and I am lazy to make a reactor. I am wondering which one will be better: using powerhead outlet or a large air-stone?

Typically the terms "lazy" and "DIY" aren't found together in the same sentence...

But, to answer your question, I would probably go with a limewood air diffuser "stone" since these make smaller bubbles that the typical glass ones. Powerheads create too much current, typically something that you try to lessen in a planted tank.

You can find them online at Big Als: http://www.bigalsonline.com/catalog/...tegory_id=1635

Thanks, FiberCon.
What is the difference between the limewood air stone and normal air stones? Does it make smaller bubbles?
My tank has a build-in Wet/Dry filter so I have to use a powerhead. So if the powerhead can make better permance, I will use it.

Yes, the bubbles from the limewood diffuser will be tiny, as compared to most others. I actually made my own, by just finding some limewood to cut up, drill a hole in, and silicone-seal a connector to. (it's also called "bass-wood" I believe...)

Plants are gone, but my 33gal and I are back after a long hiatus.
