CO2 injector in? or out?
for the forced CO2 injector, ive seen alot of them DIY with the gravel cleaner attached to the output point of the powerhead. Would it work if the gravel cleaner was attached to the intake?
Right now I'm using a gravel vac tube attached to a reverse flow output for a penguin 550 powerhead and its been working great. BUT, the setup is a bit bulky and of course I had to spend more money on a Rio 600 pump. You can get a reverse flow kit for $6 from Petsolutions.com. I tried attaching the gravel vac tube to the intake, but it just sucked the bubbles into the impeller and spit them out with little being dissolved. Try to get the reverse flow attachement if you don't want to get a Rio600 pump.
