Talking I just saw a video on sponge filters...

And now I want to make one. -.- This fish tank diy disease is terrible. I also have major...major...mft syndrome. I have a 10 gallon that just needs a lid & A heater.


What have you guys done to me!!!!

A sponge should be easy.
I tend to complicate things very well.
The first two are of the tank at first and two years later.

And the next is a top view so you get the shape better. Where the bubbles are is the outlet.

And the inlet is on the bottom left. A DIY built in air driven bio-only
filter. No pads, screens to harm fish/shrimp fry or adults.

So you see, your not the only casualty of the DIY bug.

The shortest distance between any two points is a straight line...in the opposite direction...

XD Well....I bit the bullet and went and bought the remaining ingredients I need for the ten gallon.
