Why do you need a T connection?

it usually goes like this

CO2 -> regulator -> solenoid -> needle valve -> bubble counter -> reactor -> aquarium

For a Pressure gauge the co2 kit only comes with knob unless there's a connection I haven't seen on the gauge?

You are asking whether it is possible to put a standard manometer, likely with 1/8" NPT fittings, onto a Fluval 20 gram CO2 regulator, which is proprietary.

The short answer is no.

Buying a normal regulator would be the easiest way to go.

The problem with proprietary hardware such as the one made by Fluval is that customizability is severely limited.

How big is your aquarium? that fluval 20G CO2 will work for a 5-10G aquarium.

I don't think you can get anything that'll work with the fluval.
I found this image. This is how it's usually set up with an industrial CO2 tank.

I found this info:
Aquatek Paintball CO2 Regulator
$88 on Amazon $88 on Amazon

20 oz Paintball Tank
$20 on Amazon $20 on Amazon

Refills aprox every 3months

I am uncertain of the quality of the regulator.
