Awesome build, I am saving up to get some LED lights for my 180 as well. Did you happen to use any of the red spectrum leds? i am curious if these are worth adding or not.

Are they all 3 watt? That's a 75 gallon aquarium right? I was planning on using 5k, 6k, 10k, red and some blue. Tossing in some 10k since the 180 gallon is so deep, I have read that 10k is able to penetrate water deeper.

Yes all of them a 3w 700ma led but the blue should have gonne 1W 300ma they are a bit overkill for moonlight lol and i only use them at 50% during the day and maybe 5% at night.

Hey zapins the 48v 350w is only to power the led in my setup the meanwell ldd-700 driver are what controll the power for the for the led. It adjust the voltage for the led while keeping a constant 700ma and it allow or controll the diming of led. Each led need 3.2v so 2 in serie would be 6.4 and so on up to the maximum power of 48v from powersupply. So i can put 15 led conect in serie. The storm contoler that i got from coralux has six chanelle that can each be adjust on 255 point. It has sunrise, sunset, cloud, lightning, moonphase that can be set with your location and so does the sun setup. It has a temp sencor that has to be bouth seperatly. Is a board that been built specily for a led light setup but an "arduino uno" so the programe can be modify since its open source. The 12v power supply power the fan and the controller. For ny setup i put 90 degree lens that what cover the best i tried 60 but i had 2 bright spot a botom of thant an rest was shady.
