I just got two of the fluval

S I received two of the fluval edge led light bulbs for free from a friend. And I noticed they are pronged with very thin pins. Is there a way I could rig up a diy fixture for these? I know they produce alot of light and I was thinking about using them in a diy for my evolve 2. But as far as electrical etc goes, I am clueless and don't want to kill myself in the process of giving my plants more lighting, lol

Then you get some MR11 sockets and wire them up to a power cable. You can get the sockets for cheap on amazon or ebay or pretty much anywhere. You wire them up in parallel.

I did it a while ago

Was pretty easy. Would be a lot easier if you knew how to solder wires. All you really need is a 12v power source. You probably have some laying around. They have the circle jack at the end.
It doesn't matter which line is connected to positive or negative. As long as both lines are connected to the power source. If you don't have one then you can get some at a flea market. Usually costs around $0.50 to $2.

So all I need is the outlet power source and wire or the wire that comes with the outlet plug? I have a wave point I can take apart if that the case. The light is crap anyways. Why do you have so many bulbs on there? There 10,000 k each
