Pressurized CO2 Regulator Pressure?

What pressure should the regulator coming from a pressurized CO2 system be set at? 15-20 psi leading to a needle valve ok?

That should be a good starting point.
Due to a bad reactor design I originally had, I had to turn mine up to about 30 to get a consistant bubble rate.

I keep mine at 25. Any lower and the adjustment on the needle is too finicky.

I keep mine at the lowest pressure that will maintain a constant flow through the needle valves.
For me that pressure is 12 - 15 psi. I have never gone any higher than 15psi and rarely have to touch my needle valves due to poor flow rate.

I have a double regulator. The first knocks the bottle pressure down to 40# and the second to 2#.

I think its going to really depend on your needle valve.

Ive had one where i needed to set it to 25-30lbs to keep it constant and another one under 20lbs worked fine.
