Ok, I swapped my Advance REL-4P32-SC out for a workhorse 8.
So the advance is spec at 0.94A for 4 X 4' T8 or 235mA.
The rated current of a 4' T8 is 265.
so 235/265 88% power factor!!!
Now the WH quotes PF > .90.
