I looked into what these things need to be kept in captivity and it's more than I felt like bothering with so I let the little guy go near my pond. You've got to culture fruit flies since most wild-caught lizards and geckos usually won't take artificial food.
These don't need to swim or anything. They do need a cool area and a warm area (rock sitting under a warm bulb) to regulate their body temperatures, though.
