The eggs pretty much stay the same size throughout their development, much like a chicken's egg does. To answer your actual question though, if a shrimp is going to drop its eggs, it usually does so in the first week after it has become berried. As long as the transfer is gentle and the water parameters of the two tanks are close, it's fairly unlikely that she'll drop the eggs. It does happen from time to time though, just so you know.
