The latest. The oto got pulled with the daino and treated in a QT. I have rescaped the shrimp tank and decided to go with more crypts. The LFS had a really good stock of crypt varieties in and i have not had trouble with them melting. I have decided to focus more on the plants, but have the shrimp be equally important in this tank since it is in the living room and a "show tank" I now have
-crypt. crispatula var. balansae
-crypt wendtii (red wendtii)
-crypt undulata (this one may start melting, the leaves changed to a yellow on some)
-lilaeopsis brasiliensis (micro sword, says its from new zealand)
- Hemianthus callitrichoides (baby dwarf tears)
On top of the plants, i started using API leaf zone on friday and have had osmocoat capsules in the subtrate for roughly 5 days.
Also added some fine filter floss to the filter, now my water is much more clear.
