freshwater+ setting question

I have a freshwater led+ and was hoping to get a setting for my tank. I cant seem to sustain anything but crypt parva, java moss and algea. What is everyone running spectrum wise? light is on top of a fluval spec V

I just started a new tank a week ago. I have white/red turned all the way up and blue/green turned all the way down. I have been running 7 hours per day. No issues yet. I wish there was some more input from other users of this fixture and the setting they use.
