2 satellite led+ vs 1 with 2 Flexible led+ attached

Just wanted to get the company's opinion. Would the 2 flexible led+ be equivalent to adding an additional led+ to my existing set up. Besides not being able to use the dual ramp timer is there any other drawbacks?

Edit.. I actually did a little research and found its practically the same price to get the real unit and it comes with a total higher number of lights. Thank you anyways.

2 Flexible LED+ will not be equivalent to a LED+ fixture. The Flexible LED+ is not made for light output but aesthetics only.
