What the hell is that thing? Flower pots, grape wood that rots in vivs, and exposed glass edges for a vivarium? I think not... try one of these...

My 65 gallon viv. Water features if filtered, heated and has a powerhead to create a lazy stream.

there are so many awesome options for vivariums. when I first started years ago, I siliconed dividers to separate water from land and it never stood the test of time. I always had leakage. try using the egg crate method to suspend your land above the water or build the awesome DIY foam land areas! Heres a waterafll hex I built using a 5 different methods including concrete, titebond III, egg crate, great stuff foam, and polyestrene foam. Hope you like it.

Acrylic paint works well for vivs just give it plenty of time to dry. I leave mine for a week.

Nope. It's only been up and running in that configuration for 3 weeks. Plants just started growing. There are pics of it's old configuration (it had a pond) in the viv section. Thsse are the current occupants. Jake (right) and Elwood (left).

Nice vivarium and frogs! What did you use for the background? I want a vivarium but I'm deciding between clay background or great stuff.
