In the last few months I've been having an issue with my FugeRay which I outlined on these forums. I ended up sending the parts back to Finnex.
At first we thought it might be the ballasts so it went back, was repaired and returned to me. The light still wouldn't power on so I had to ship back the entire light assembly.
The light was ~ 9 months old which is outside their 90 day warranty. Granted, I would have expected a longer warranty. But, it's not like they try to hide it from you.
So credit where it's due. Finnex stepped up and repaired the unit for free. The shipping was on me, but they didn't charge me to fix the light.
I'm sure that won't always be the case with everyone, but in a world of internet complainers.... I believe credit needs to be given for a good job.
