Any chance there will be separate cords for the regular and moonlights so we can use our own timers?

Thanks
If you look at the first post you can see the different array of LED's used on this light. It's basically a Fuge Ray with additional red LED's.

Im really excited for the release of this fixture. please keep the 30" unit. I currently have a 40 gallon tall (around 24in to lowest point) and i want to add another finnex fixture very soon to get into the high light range. I currently have a 30" dual 7K unit. should i wait for this one to come out to compliment it or should I choose a different fixture currently available? I also like the moonlight option but its not a must especially if i couldnt run it on a timer.

thanks everyone!

Just read this thread through and for anyone who wants the option of a programmable option to add dimming settings for this unit. You could simply switch the moonlight blue bulbs for a row of mixed reds and blues (if you don't like/use the moonlight option). You now have a shorter low intensity addition you can use. The moonlight setting comes on a separate chord and could have its own timer. This would allow you to program in three light settings.

Low light- Make your own mix or red or daylight bulbs with the moonlight row. Set a timer for the morning ramp up and afternoon cooldown period

Moderate light- Program the big panel to switch on after the ramp up.

Intense light- Add the moonlight panel you modified while the big light panel is on to offer the most intense light you can manage.

If you don't like the moonlight setting this could make this a more programmable light.

Can I get a spectrum chart for the planted plus and each of your light configurations (ray 2, in 7k and 10k mix, planted +, fugeray)?

The spectrum chart was talked about for the planted plus in the start of this thread but I've yet to see it. Strongly considering this light.

Thanks!

i don't think you'll get one for the 7/10 as they don't make the 7/10 anymore (to the best of my knowledge it was replace with the 7/7).

And maybe I missed it, but are there PAR data charts yet? Similar to the ones you put out for the FugeRay and Ray2?

Also interested in the PAR data charts for the planted+; just waiting on them so I can decide which fixture(s) I'll be getting

Hello Finnex Rep,
Could you please confirm if the blue led in the Planted+ moonlight setting helps in photosynthesis? Will leaving it on during the photo period help?

Appreciate if you can answer this question.

Thanks!
