Aquavibrant customer service?

I sent a message to CS last week, and still haven't heard back. Is this normal for aquavibrant or am I just unlucky? This is the second time I've tried to contact them with questions and it is the same result.

I used cs@aquavibrant.com

I've even made an account there, maybe I should email them everyday until I hear something lol.

Is this concerning a Finnex order? I think Lowe might be able to help you out.

It was to inquire about international shipping. I'd like to purchase some things but I can't through the website because shipping to Canada isn't offered.

In the 'International shipping' section it's all explained and I'm fine with that.

Hi CreekBottom. My apologies for any delay. The rep that handles the aquavibrant cs issues have been assisting our warehouse staff in fulfilling all of the back orders we accrued since the last freight came in.

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping due to some Canadian safety regulations we have just become aware about. If you have a contact whom resides in the States who can bring it over for you, that would be fine. However, direct shipments have halted for the time being. My apologies.
