I don't know much about breeding shrimp, but I would guess you may run into complications shipping to the USA. I would spend some time understanding shipping and our Customs department before getting too serious about it.

for local sale yes it may but if it were me i wouldn't do plain CRS. i would try to do uncommon variations that may sell for a little more.

I would because I am in a small town and for some reason my LFS cannot get them. They would buy them from me.

Its all about supply and demand. Not sure what the shrimpin business is like in Iran if there is a demand for it then ya it can be worth it.

It's a good choice for a second job that is half an hour if you have a local market for the shrimp. If you get their environment right, they will breed and you can fit large numbers of them in a small tank without too much water quality issue. They also don't eat a whole lot. They travel well, although if you are trying to ship here, that is a long expensive way to go.

Avg price here in the states, seems to be about $3-$4. My LFS charges $4 . I can go amazon to great merchant called Aquatic Arts that sells them, including shipping, for slightly less per ($32 for 12 + I think like $8 shipping). Their quality is really good.

Good luck!
