Converting paintball regulator for standard CO2 cylinder

I know that you can you can buy an adapter that allows you to use paintball CO2 cylinders on standard regulators. However, is there a way to do the opposite? The Aquatek Mini and the Premium are the same price. With my 20 gallon tank, I don't need a large CO2 tank. A 20-24 oz. paintball tank will more than fit my needs. However, I do plan on upgrading to a large tank somewhere down the line and would like to be able to retrofit the Mini to a standard CO2 tank if that's possible. If not, then I'll just go with the Premium and buy the adapter. Thanks.

It looks like it might be better for me to just get the Premium and the adapter.
