I would like to clarify- Mid-April my husband started with a condition call Iridocorneal Endothelial Syndrome- essentially the cornea of his left eye was buckling and rupturing, exposing the inside of his eye (raw nerves) to the air. He was unable to open that eye, and consequently the other, because of extreme light sensitivity. Six surgeries later, including a transplant, and a retinal repair which was the result fo the transplant and was extremely severe, he went back to work LAST week. I am sorry if any of you felt slighted, but in my world, my real life family has to come first. I have three kids, many animals, several acres of yard to maintain, plus the fish room. Answering fish questions and my travels had to go on hold until my husband was stable. I hope you realize, I would have had much more fun contributing to fish forums, importing fish, traveling to speak, and the like. This whole thread makes me really sad, and changes my views a little bit about the TPT "family"...though I hope it is just the few who spoke up here so rudely that feel this way. You may notice I have been a contributing member since 2007, OVT. Were you even keeping fish then?
Much appreciated, life has been pretty rough at my house.
Don't know why you have your own section if you forgot about us.
I didn't forget, I had to prioritize my real life family
You'll have better luck emailing her or Facebook.
She hasn't been in here since 3/10 her profiles says.
Thanks for that.
Do you have access to importing panda loaches?
She also started sponsoring another forum.
I'd like to think that TPT was pretty good to her, but how she runs her business is her business.
I sponsor MANY forums, and travel to MANY clubs, and speak at MANY conventions, and write for MANY publications. Where I blog is no reflection of anything other than that.
