Awesome fish from msjinkzd!

So I've bought quite a few critters online, and I have never had an experience as good as the purchase I made from msjinkzd. My wife could care less about the fish, so I figured I'd share my great experience here since I feel like I need to express my excitement. I hope msjinkzd doesn't mind this post.

To start with, I requested a shipping method that most sellers of live things don't like to use, and changed my order before it was shipped. Rachel worked with me on the shipping, and answered questions I had about a particular species and provided links for further research. The fish arrived faster than expected and in better shape than I could ask for. She included extras of each species, and each species was bagged individually and packed tightly into a well insulated box with a heat pack. Perfect.

If you haven't already, seriously check out her site:

Here's what I ordered, I do apologize for the camera phone pics and the messy tank.

Hara jerdoni (anchor catfish)

Otocinclus

Boraras brigittae (Chili rasbora)

i just got some in from Rachel too! As always they looked amazing...
as I got them my fridge went .. so I sort of 'dumped' them in my holding tank and started doing fridge stuff. i fed daily but ignored them for almost a week..they are fine! when i finally sat down to meet them and all they were like, 'yea, whatever food?' ... now they are in their forever home (tanks) and happy

her fish are great...

1 6 gallon
1 2 gallon 8" cube
1 10 gallon endlers tank
1 betta

Awesome fish from msjinkzd!

I've never bought fish online. Only specialty shrimp.

If I ever purchase fish, it'll be from Rachel. I like what she does for TPT and its members.

I think I'll add to this post.

Rachel has the "hands down" best customer service ever. You guys think you got good service from her, we let me tell you what good service is.

First off, as a few of you know, I live in Barbados and no it's not some place in the US that really isn't talked about much. Barbados is in the Caribbean.

I really wanted to get some stuff from Rachel and whereas when you guys order the biggest hassle is whether or not USPS/UPS or FedEx make their deliveries in a timely manner, with me we have to go through Customs and inspection, etc.

Rachel worked with me in every way possible and went so far as to literally harass her FedEx rep to try to make my transaction easier and cheaper. Unfortunately due to circumstances outside of either of our control we had to, for the time being, abandon that little project.

I did order some stuff though but dry goods and you know what ... Rachel threw in extras just because.

In terms of internet shopping for fish and the aquarium hobby, I know where my hard earned money is going.

My Dry good order (I can't tell you exactly what I bought cause I might end up placing Rachel in a bind)
