GREAT NEWS UPDATE! Please send good thoughts to my wife / MRI brain tumor follow-up

Hello Everyone,

It’s been awhile since we sent you a prayer request for Brenda because it’s been the first time Brenda has gone 1 year between her MRI’s – so as you can imagine it is a little more intense for her (us). We would like to ask you to keep Brenda in your thoughts and prayers leading up to and on the day of her MRI which is Wednesday, October 9th. We pray for those two wonderful words – stable and unchanged!! We truly appreciate all of your support during Brenda’s healing journey. It means more to us then words could ever say.

Thank you so much!!

Bren & Jeff

PS: It will be the 6 year anniversary of her diagnosis at the end of the year!

GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!!

I'll let her tell it, this the the email Brenda sent out :

We received “sweet” news from Dr. Sugarman today – a stable and unchanged MRI!!!! Yeaaaaah baaaaby!!!!!
Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. We believe it really does make a huge impact!!

In January she will be at the 6 year mark since the surgery to remove the tumor! It was a grade 3 astrocytoma that also required chemo and radiation.

My thoughts are definitely with you Jeff & Bren.
I lost my first wife to a brain tumour many years ago, so I'm well in tune with your feelings at this time.
But you can certainly be upbeat - the 6th year anniversary of her diagnosis is one superb good sign, imo !

Will pray for her. My nephew (age 11) just got word the other day and he was so excited, that he now gets to go 6 months before his next MRI (brian tumor after dealing with chemo then radiation since he was 6 yrs old !).
