I am a somewhat fish-obsessed teenager from new england. This is only my first post on this site, but I visit it often to find out what parameters various plants provide - better safe than sorry, they say!
Anyways, I strongly prefer real to fake plants in most scenarios and have proven to be decent at taking care of them. Currently I have a 30 gallon with hornwort, frogbit, and no fish (eventually two paradise fish, seperated by a tank divider, will go in there), a 5 gallon with those same plants and a single paradise fish named chance (soon to be moved to the thirty gallon and be replaced by breeding ramshorn snail and pygmy sunfish colonies), and a 7 gallon repurposed sterilite bin which will be an emersed tank with lucky bamboo, java moss, possibly anubias, and ramshorn snails, and pygmy sunfish. I am hoping to learn stuff from this forum and to contribute my own experiences on various plants and fish.
