Redding is always super hot! Its like a little hot spot in a weird place. If you go a little south info San Fran its cold and rainy again. At least you have Lake Shasta you can hang out at. I had many fun summers at those lakes when I was a kid.

Its getting hot here too, but not quite that hot (yet). I'm so glad I have a pool I can use this summer. And no plant shipping for me either.

That's funny. We used to go to eastern Washington all the time on vacation when I was a kid. I need to go back to banks lake again.

I just moved here a little over a year ago and haven't had much time to explore the lakes. I'll have to look it up. Nobody can seem to recommend any good water holes around here.

Moses lake is cool so is lake shalan (sp?) The grand kuile damn holds back banks lake.

summer again, not only hot, I had to spend 6 hours on the road, and half that time got stuck in the traffic, 5 hours rest in the last 40 hours

Being a ex orange county native i'll take those hot temps before 90-100 in new england with high humidity lol :-)

generally here its 115% humidity and about 90-110 in mid summer
i'll take 50% humidity and 115 any day over that
