Hello

Getting more into planted tanks from years of monster fish keeping. I'm working on planning and ordering a 57 rimless and will keep you all posted when I have more to show.

I've gone from a 500g to 150g to a 57g in 2 years. Hopefully this one will be as impressive as my monster tank, just got tired of dealing with so much tank.

Welcome to TPT, I'll be curious to see what you choose to stock your planted tank if you're used to the monsters!

I was thinking of a nice piranha, but I'm leaning towards apisto caucatoides, l183 pleco, black neon tetras, German blue rams, and panda Cory catfish. I'm worried about tetras jumping, but I won't keep it to the top

Ehh 2' tall, I live in a condo so knocking out a wall was out of the question. 8x4x25" was the biggest tank I could walk through a regular 28" doorway. It was quite impressive, but very tough to deal with just out of sheer volume. I fed up to 1pm of food at a time and had fish from 19" disc diameter black ray to 28" catfish and 20" bass. Tons of other fish but it was more of a hassle than I would have liked. 250gallon water changes would take 5hrs
