Top Gun

It's old, it's cheesy...Tom Cruse is by all accounts certifiable...and yet, I still love this movie.

That is all.

I second those comments! All time favorite of mine right alongside The Goonies!

Love Top Gun however I refuse to watch anything with that moe ron in it.

That's a good one. I also liked him in Days of Thunder.

They're remaking Top Gun, not sure why. I Guess they ran out of ideas.

Unibrow Cruise was pretty epic. Something we should all strive to emulate in our lives.

No kidding. What is up with that...they are remaking everything. Dukes of Hazard, Charlies Angels, Hawaii Five-O, Planet of the Apes...etc etc etc. Seems Hollywood can't come up with an original movie idea to save it's life here in the last few years.

I swear, the last movie I was excited to go see at the movies was 300...and that's just because I'm a dork who is into that historical era's warfare.

My brother made me watch 300 and I literally fell asleep 1/4 into the movie.

I didn't think 300 was that bad. But I hate when they remake movies. I can't remember one movie that they remade that I like anywhere close to the original. I like how they try to turn old action movies into new movies with comedy.

Like I said...I'm a dork for ancient era/medieval era warfare movies, so I loved it. 300, Troy, Brave Heart, Alexander, Gladiator...etc...hell, I even liked Robin Hood (another remake no less).
