Thin egg noodles, scallions (or Asian equivalent), cabbage, a few random veggies, and a cube or two of Pho, which is a Vietnamese spice. Makes a nice soup.
And it's quite possible that you wouldn't have to go out and buy anything if you just wanted to cook any type of noodles, steam some veggies, and pan fry tofu cubes with teriyaki (or any other sauce, really). Soaking them first in whatever sauce will add flavor.
*edit* Once you thaw it, cut it up into slightly smaller chunks (not tiny, just no more than 2-3" cubes), put paper towels under and over it, and weight it down for 30min to an hour. *Then* let it marinate in something. It will soak up whatever flavor you want, more readily.
