Finely found a piece of Manzanita!!

So I went out on a fish store run with my pops today since I met up with goalieman59 to get a co2 tank. Thanks again!!! Anyway, I went to a fish store that I go to pretty often to look around. Out of nowhere my dad goes what is that wood hanging up over there. I look and see some branches hanging in the sunlight. I'm thinking its just some kind of decoration since its about 10ft up the wall lol. But I see this tiny white sticker on it that is a price tag. I climb up the display LOL and grab it. Sure enough it's an old piece of dusty manzanita that has been there for who knows how long. The only piece I have ever seen at a fish store around here. Very good price too, 15 dollars.

Pics!!! that is a 1 ft ruler. I have no tank for it....but it's nice to have excess hardscape laying around lol. Kind of bad lighting.....

yea the funny thing is the guy was like, "i don't know how well that will do in a fishtank, a lot of people use it for reptiles". That goes to show what were working with here in STL lol. The planted tank scene is not very well recognized yet.

If you don't mind the look of bead blasted manzanita, you can usually find it at flourists or anyone who does wedding arrangements.

The little branches in the bird section are manzy as well.
That's a nice find. It's got some really nice branching on it

Yes, I was also going to suggest the bird sections in most pet stores. I buy them all the time for my parrots.
